Greenlink is seeking a Financial Administrative Assistant to join the team. The Financial Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the financial administration team by assisting with accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work with various financial software tools.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma and/or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role is a plus
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations is a plus
- Proficiency in accounting software a plus, Excel experience is required
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage data within Excel, ensuring precision and consistency across financial records.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests, ensuring compliance with internal policies and budgets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of transactions and financial data.
- Prepare and assist in the generation of monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and other financial documentation.
- Support the finance team with audits and other financial assessments.
