What are the responsibilities and job description for the Green Cleaner position at GreenLove Eco Cleaning?
We are an eco-friendly housekeeping company with a rapidly growing clientele, looking for local housekeepers to join our team in the Amherst area who share our passion for Green lifestyle practices. We provide Green Cleaning services to residential homes & business offices all over the Pioneer Valley, and we place you with clients as close to your home as possible, to reduce commuting time & fuel consumption.
*We provide all eco-friendly supplies and equipment, including our all-natural aromatherapeutic cleaning solutions, which are a joy to work with and safe for daily use
*Part-time and full-time permanent positions available, as well as potential for advancement with proven, consistent performance
*Flexible scheduling--we match our schedule to your availability
*Generous weekly pay with direct deposit options, as well as profit-sharing bonuses
*We are currently transitioning to the worker-owned cooperative model over the next year, and are welcoming interest in co-ownership
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional cleaning experience is preferred, but we do provide training for the right individuals who are motivated, reliable, and have a solid work ethic & history
- Ability to work independently & on a team
- Excellent attention to detail & take personal pride in your work
- Ability to efficiently perform duties following brief oral or written instructions from clients
- Ability to reach, bend, kneel, push, pull and lift up to 30 pounds
- Good health & stamina
REQUIREMENTS:
- Reliable car of your own
- Valid driver's license
- Active Smartphone for mobile access to our online schedule
- Pass a criminal background check
- Provide excellent references
- At least one year commitment
