Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team as a DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES AND WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, PARTNERS, AND STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE COLLABORATION AND ALIGNMENT.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Coach and develop high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements: 7-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of driving business growth and improving client satisfaction. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university. Master's degree preferred.
