As a Marijuana Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and expert knowledge about our cannabis products. You will assist customers in selecting the right products to meet their needs while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance regarding cannabis products and their effects.
• Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions, handle cash, and operate the POS system.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain an organized and clean display of products, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and potential side effects, fostering informed decision-making.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive team environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with cash handling processes and basic math skills are necessary for accurate transaction processing.
• Experience with POS systems is a plus, enabling efficient checkout experiences for customers.
• A background in supervising staff or team leadership is advantageous for those looking to grow within the role.
