What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to help support our growing multi location psychotherapy practice.
An ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working in the mental health or medical field and/or have held administrative positions
- Resonate with company values

- Demonstrate excellent people skills and organizational skills
- Be team-oriented, collaborative, and professional yet authentic
- Availability to work on weekends
The duties of an Administrative Assistant include:
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to emails as they are received and delegating/distributing to the appropriate person as needed
- Scheduling and booking appointments for new clients through various platforms including phone or email
- Having a clear understanding of insurance (deductibles, co-payments, etc.) and contract issues.
- Verifying Insurance benefits and relaying information to the clients
- Being a liaison between clinicians and clients
- Help with onboarding new employees
- Creating and refining effective internal systems
- Work on any projects that help to build stability for the practice as needed

Pay is commensurate with experience.
