This position involves various administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient office management. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer service, purchasing, receiving deliveries, managing supplies, coordinating facility maintenance, and providing general administrative support to our team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Front Desk Support
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Assist customers on-site with checkout and product-related inquiries.
- Purchasing & Supplies Management
- Coordinate the purchasing and receiving of office supplies and materials for all branches.
- Delivery & Inventory Management
- Receive and document deliveries, ensuring that goods are accurately logged and distributed.
- Bill Handling
- Forward all received bills and invoices to corporate daily for timely processing.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Previous administrative experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience with facility maintenance coordination is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Ability to remain on feet for extended periods when needed for customer service or receiving deliveries.
