As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your core skills in computer literacy, organizational skills, and time management will be essential in managing appointments, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients face to face and over the phone
- Checking patients in and out, collecting payments, answering phones
- Perform various other administrative duties as needed
- Stock shelves and manage inventory
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills on phone and in person—must be friendly
- Teachable--An ability to learn and follow protocols and work independently
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask
- Excellent rapport building skills and empathy with clients
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Must be willing and able to learn scripts to deliver important information to patients
- Must be computer literate
- Must be dependable and punctual
