Where do you fit in?
The Client Relations Manager has the responsibility of building trust, confidence, and good will with current and prospective commercial maintenance clients. The ideal candidate will focus on small landscape sales, quality control, and customer service to existing clients. They will work with commercial service teams who are focused on delivering the contracted services and upsells to the client and are passionate about delivering "Outstanding Results Through Great Service".
This position currently reports to our Raleigh, NC location.
Skill set and Requirements:
- Knowledge of southern climate horticultural practices and high level maintenance experience, preferred
- Plant identification and care; including disease, pruning, and insect ID experience, preferred
- 3 years of managerial experience
- 5 years of Customer Service Experience required; understand how to create a great experience with the client
- Proficient use of computers required (MS Word/Excel required, other software programs preferred
- Able to conduct a thorough site analysis
- Proficient in or able to learn customer relationship management software, and our estimating software
- Ability to analyze drainage and grading requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Self- motivate and Goal Oriented
- A problem solver with quick ability for flexibility
- Bachelors or Associates degree In Horticulture/Business Administration preferred
- A class “C” driver’s license is required during appointment to this job classification. The driver’s license must be maintained in good standing as per company insurance standards
Essential Functions:
- Maintains and updates CRM software weekly re: notes, points of contact, phone conversations, etc.
- Ability to train new CRM’s
- Tracks upcoming jobs to bid with existing clients
- Closes sale and coordinates job specifics with production
- Interfaces with client and ensures that all of client’s concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Continuedly informs and updates client as to job progress
- Interfaces with company Project Manager to ensure client's expectations are met and that jobs are kept on schedule and on budget
- Ensures that vendor invoice pricing is accurate and as bid
- Conduct monthly walk-throughs, identifies and documents any/ all discrepancies
- Ensure all company quality and safety standards are met
- Maintains updated contracts for all clients in assigned portfolio
