Position Summary:
The Client Relations Manager Specialist will be responsible for fostering client relationships, tracking project progress, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This includes frequent site visits, creating punch lists, identifying opportunities for site enhancements, and working closely with production and management teams to guarantee high-quality project execution. Additionally, the Client Relations Manager Specialist will be involved in proposal creation, sales tracking, and supporting seasonal campaigns, while continuously building relationships with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management & Site Visits:
Conduct regular site visits (at least every two weeks) to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure client satisfaction.
Utilize Site Audit Pro and Site Audit Tracker to create and track site visit schedules, punch lists, and task completion.
Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and personalized service.
Identify enhancement opportunities on-site and create solutions for clients, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Attend client meetings and represent the company during board meetings as required.
Sales & Proposal Management:
Track sales performance using the Sales CLM Spreadsheet and work towards achieving set sales goals.
Utilize DYNO Client Relations Manager to follow up on open proposals and ensure the enhancement pipeline is updated.
Create and submit proposals for site enhancements, ensuring all details are accurately represented and client expectations are met.
Assist in managing seasonal campaigns, including Fall Displays, wreaths, snow services, flower sales, turf care treatments, aeration, and seeding.
Qualifications:
A valid driver’s license is required.
Previous experience in the landscaping industry is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Landscape Management, Landscape Design, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager Specialist or in a similar client-facing role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and build lasting relationships with clients and teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
