Job Roles and Requirements:
- Train, manage and assist pruning, maintenance and spray teams.
- Site visits for bidding and customer service.
- Willing to jump in and work when needed
- Full time availability. Mon-Fri
- Experienced and knowledgeable pruner- including selective pruning.
- Plant knowledge
- Weed, disease and insect Identification
- WSDA Pesticide applicators license or willingness to obtain.
- Arborist certification- Not required but valued.
- Valid and insurable driver's license is required
- Background check performed at time of employment.
- All employees are required to pass a drug screening at start of employment, along with random company testing throughout the season.
