What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ornamental and Turf Pest Control Applicator position at Greenspace Associates, Inc.?
Greenspace Associates is a local landscaping and maintenance company that has been in business for over 30 years. Are you tired of working indoors? Not getting enough hours? Or just looking for a change? We are always looking for good people to join our team!
- Experience? Awesome! No experience? That’s ok, we can help too. This position includes turf care applications (fertilization, pesticides, herbicides, etc.) and some mowing, trimming, pruning, and basic maintenance services for local business and residential properties.
- Equipment operation and hand tool experience a plus (Zero turns, stand on mowers, walk behinds, string trimmers, hand tools, etc.)
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
- Iowa and/or Illinois Applicator License (Ornamental and Turf Pest Control)
- Positive attitude (Hint: this goes a long way with us!)
- Must be dependable and make safety a top priority
