GreenStar Home Services is a high volume home energy efficiency firm. We are quickly expanding and looking for a team player that wants to be a key member of our organization. We are heavily involved in community based products that help to significantly reduce energy consumption for our clients.
We promote from within and are seeking a candidate who is looking for a challenge and growth within GreenStar Home Services.
Full training is provided.
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the sales team
- Coordinate with finance company
- Provide status reports
- Accounts payable / receivable
- Job pricing
- General office assistance/ assist office manager
Key requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Positive attitude, high energy, honesty and integrity required.
- Dedication to providing superior customer service
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Quickbooks desktop experience a plus
- Organized
- Detail Oriented
- Punctual and reliable
Education
A Bachelors degree is preferred
A minimum of an associates degree is required
