What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agribusiness customers.
- Cultivate status in the marketplace as an industry leader in areas of expertise
- Combine agricultural and business knowledge with an in-depth understanding of the customers within the agribusiness segment in order to provide innovative and workable alternatives to problems the customers face in their business operations.
- Gather financial information and build customer relationships by listening to their needs, identifying latent needs, and providing solutions or alternatives.
- Manage his/her own portfolio of some of the largest most complex customers in GreenStone’s territory.
- Provide expert financial insights and innovative solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technology, and best practices.
Manage a portfolio of high-value, complex agribusiness accounts. - Represent GreenStone in the ag community through networking and leadership.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree (or 5 years of relevant sales/agribusiness experience) is required.
- 5 years in agribusiness, farming, or agricultural finance (8 years for senior roles) is required.
- Strong financial analysis and credit expertise.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to adapt to new tech.
