What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues.
- Configure and deploy devices for new hires, ensuring proper setup and security compliance.
- Maintain and support workstations, conference room technology, and office equipment.
- Manage IT service requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- Monitor IT inventory, assist with equipment rollouts, and coordinate device replacements.
What You Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1 years of experience in IT support or a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting required
- Basic understanding of local administrator password solution and BitLocker drive encryption along with how to retrieve passwords and keys is preferred.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems required
- How to manually install/remove applications
- Check registry settings
- Troubleshooting disk issues or corrupted files
- Basic networking: IPv4, DNS, Wi-Fi
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask several issue resolutions simultaneously
