What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues.
• Configure and deploy devices for new hires, ensuring proper setup and security compliance.
• Maintain and support workstations, conference room technology, and office equipment.
• Manage IT service requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
• Monitor IT inventory, assist with equipment rollouts, and coordinate device replacements.
  
  

What You Bring:

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 years of experience in IT support or a technical environment.

• Strong understanding of hardware components and troubleshooting required
• Basic understanding of local administrator password solution and BitLocker drive encryption along with how to retrieve passwords and keys is preferred.
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems required
• How to manually install/remove applications
• Check registry settings
• Troubleshooting disk issues or corrupted files
• Basic networking: IPv4, DNS, Wi-Fi
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask several issue resolutions simultaneously
