What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inside Sales Account Manager position at Greentech Renewables?
Greentech Renewables is looking for an experienced Inside Sales Account Manager to service our existing and new B2B customer base. Candidates will assist customers in person, via email, and on the phone. You will be responsible for seeing through all stages of a solar equipment sale from quoting to coordinating shipping for an on time arrival. Position will include working with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams. If you are looking to get into sales in the nation's fastest growing industry and serve customers by doing more than just cold-calling, this is the position for you!
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Team-player
- Two years sales experience preferred, experience in Solar is a bonus
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to both current and potential customers
- Write orders with accuracy and in accordance to all sales policies and procedures
- Communicate and cooperate with Outside Sales team and other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency of your orders
- Timely communication with customers and colleagues on orders, quotes, and materials
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of new and existing products and services
