Greenville Asset Management LLC (GAM) is an investment firm that supports the Meijer Family and is focused on providing customized portfolio management services to meet its clients’ complex and growing multi-generational needs. The Meijer Family is also supported by Greenville Partners, LLC (GVP). Located in the same facility, GAM and GVP Team Members collaborate on tasks and operations supporting the Meijer Family with their various interests and activities.
Position Description
This position supports GAM’s CEO/CIO and Investment Management Team by handling a wide variety of office administrative, communications, and compliance functions. Must be detail-oriented and work well in a dynamic, highly confidential, and professional environment. This is a full-time, non-exempt position that reports to the CEO/CIO.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages and maintains schedules, meetings, events, and corporate calendars.
- Maintains client relationship management (CRM) system and routinely updates information for key contacts.
- Coordinates administrative operations and workflow for executives.
- Organizes team travel and prepares expense reports.
- Tracks company policies and procedures.
- Ensures the timely preparation and presentation of materials for key internal and external meetings. Also helps coordinate the logistics of hosting meetings on-site, off-site, or virtually.
- Drafts and edits written communication to investors, key advisors, and internal team members.
- Liaises with third-party professional service providers, including attorneys, accountants, consultants, custodians, investment managers, etc.
- Assists the legal documentation process, including tracking signatures, version control, obtaining non-disclosure agreements, and saving documents to company portal.
- Collaborates with the GVP Executive Assistant on events and activities.
- Assists and/or manages special projects.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Professional demeanor and excellent written and oral communication skills. Must possess strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Ability to interact with clients and collaborate with others in a professional and highly confidential environment. Must be a self-motivated individual who works well independently and within a team.

Working Conditions and Qualifications
Offices are provided, and there will be occasional duties requiring non-traditional business hours and locations. Ability to move up to 10 pounds or more. Flexible work hours and an occasional willingness to travel are required. Strong interpersonal skills, computer skills, English language and writing skills, and experience are required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, is detailed oriented, has ability to multi-task, take on other duties as assigned, and be a self-motivator.
