WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A MEMBER SPECIALIST
To excel as a Full Time Member Specialist at Greenville Federal Credit Union, candidates should possess a minimum of two years of college education or an associate's degree in a related field, or demonstrate an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additionally, having 1-3 years of sales experience, including familiarity with lending practices, is beneficial. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to confidently cross-sell products and services.
Successful candidates will exhibit a positive, service-oriented attitude and be adept at working with diverse stakeholders, including members and senior management.
Proficiency in financial software, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as intermediate mathematical skills, are key requirements.
The ability to think creatively, multitask effectively, and maintain confidentiality is crucial for thriving in this dynamic role.
