Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager located in Greenville, SC. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing service technicians, scheduling and coordinating service calls, ensuring quality control, and maintaining customer relationships. This role involves managing resources efficiently, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC systems, heating, air conditioning, sheet metal, and piping
- Skills in managing, scheduling, and coordinating service technicians
- Ability to ensure quality control and implement safety protocols
- Strong customer relationship management
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in using job management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is a plus
