General Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to college staff and students.
Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and network devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Support end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person.
Maintain accurate records of work activities and document recurring issues.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives to enhance support services.
Develop and update helpdesk guides, FAQs, and training materials.
Qualifications:
High school diploma and relevant experience. An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field may be substituted for the required work experience.
Strong technical skills in IT hardware/software, operating systems, and networking.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to continuously learn and update skills.
