GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the CCE - Corp and Continuing Edu department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.
In this challenging role, you will support the Corporate and Continuing Education (CCE) Division in managing 25 Live and assisting with all course location schedule while interfacing with the Office of Academic Assessment and Compliance to ensure all CCE course locations are updated throughout multiple systems and platforms. Develop procedures and processes to facilitate successful flow of information. Manage the SC WINS/Career Pathways Scholarship for CCE from intake to registration. Collaboration with Financial Aid essential to ensure compliance.
- 25Live Course Scheduling/Locations
- Maintain 25Live software to include importing CCE courses for service departments and the college's overall schedule while interfacing with the Office of Academic Assessment and Compliance.
- Prepare Student Information System reports for CCE courses as needed for assistance with scheduling 25 Live.
- Manage CCE course entry of course sections and data management within 25 Live.
- Verify correct course and date entry utilizing reports and other error checking methods.
- Maintain locations in the CCE student information system.
- SC Wins/Career Pathways Scholarship:
- Assist in the intake and review of all SC Wins/CPS applications to ensure accuracy.
- Interface with divisional departments to ensure scholarship information sessions and vetting of candidates are held in a timely manner.
- Review applications verifying all prerequisites have been completed by applicant and requirements met.
- Enroll the student in designated classes.
- Collaborate with Financial Aid to ensure compliance.
- Conduct quarterly internal audit to ensure 100% accuracy. Monitor CPS courses funded and balance of student accounts.
- Support CE Customer Service team with phone calls, call backs and CE Customer service email requests.
- Annually review scholarship proviso and modify internal documents. Train all internal stakeholders on updates and changes.
- Collaborate with CCE Operations Manager, Director of Corporate and Community Engagement, and Business Development Director to identify additional funding sources or options for students.
- Other Duties as Assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one (1) year relevant program experience; or associate's degree in a related field plus three (3) years relevant program experience; or HS diploma plus five (5) years relevant program experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of continuing education programs, registration procedures, and 25 Live. Customer service experience. Prefer associates degree or higher.
