Adjunct Instructor for Agribusiness

Description

Greenville University is seeking adjunct instructors capable of teaching the following Agribusiness courses online: Introduction to Agribusiness, The Science of Harvesting the Sun, Agriculture Marketing, Farm Production Planning, Economic Issues in Agribusiness, Ag and Biosystems Modeling, and Capital Management in Agribusiness.

The selected candidate must provide evidence of a vibrant Christian faith, clearly understand and internalize the mission of Greenville University, and articulate the value of Christian higher education.

Requirements

Qualifications for Adjunct Instructor of Agribusiness:

· Master's degree (required), or higher degree, in a field of agribusiness, economics, another related business field, or equivalent education & experience

· Teaching skills and practical experience in the related course material is expected

· Must be well organized and able to present material using a variety of methods in the online environment

· Be open to instruction and utilize best practices for online instruction

· Possess excellent people skills

· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Clearly understand and internalize the mission of Greenville University, and the value of Christian higher education

Regular Undergraduate Adjunct rate with class enrollment of 10 or more per credit hour is $1000. This rate is subject to change based on enrollment numbers for the course.
