GUC is searching for a highly motivated professional to provide assistance and support for a variety of customer service-related functions and processes. We are currently recruiting for a Customer Contact Representative I/II who will provide exceptional customer service through dedication to teamwork, customer satisfaction, and superior service for a multi-utility company in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering individualized solutions for a diverse set of problems. Your ability to listen and respond attentively to customer needs and the ability to create and maintain relationships with clients is essential.
Customer Contact Representative I
Salary Range: $38,188.80 - $59,176.00
Anticipated starting salary: $38,188.80
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Over one year of related experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to efficiently multi-task
- Ability to quickly learn specialized computer programs
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees by phone, email, or in-person
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
Customer Contact Representative II
Salary Range: $45,468.80 - $70,491.20
Anticipated Starting Salary: $45,468.80
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Six Months to one year of advanced study or training past the high school equivalency
- Over five years of direct customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to efficiently multi-task
- Ability to quickly learn specialized computer programs
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees by phone, email, or in-person
- Ability to maintain regular attendance
The ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a plus. Knowledge of Oracle CCS preferred.
Normal work schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
