Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scientific studies related to water quality, forestry, fisheries, and drought management.
- Support sustainability projects aimed at reducing environmental impact and operational costs.
- Help with grant applications and gather necessary documentation for funding requirements.
- Assist in research and analysis for source water protection and water loss initiatives.
- Perform field measurements and maintain data for various studies.
- Maintain trails, roads, and fire roads in the watershed area.
- Patrol assigned areas, ensuring rules and regulations are followed.
- Complete daily maintenance logs and assist with routine equipment repairs.
- College Student or rising Freshman with a strong interest in environmental conservation and sustainability.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and the ability to operate equipment safely.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
