Pay : $26-$36 / hr.

We are seeking an experienced, successful, and engaged Site Supervisor to join our team. This position is expected to work out of our site located at 2435 East Weber Avenue, Stockton, CA 95205 and limited job-related travel may be required.
Position Summary :
The Site Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the daily flow of the site. This will include but is not limited to monitoring the site to ensure safe conditions exist, managing stockpiles for inbound and outbound shipments, handling employee and customer concerns, operating equipment as necessary, keeping the scale and traffic flowing smoothly and reporting concerns or issues to the management team.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
- Must have a solid understanding of all aspects of the site and its operation
- Follow Company and Cal-OSHA safety procedures to ensure safe working habits and awareness
- Performs all of the tasks and duties of a site Supervisor
- Communicate effectively with MRF managers, coworkers, and customers
- Maintain stockpiles of Trash, recycling, Trash Transfer and Metal at a controlled level.
- Keep the yard clean of debris or spills.
- Inspect, maintain, and record PMs for all rolling stock to prevent wear and tear
- Scheduling loads of E-waste and Universal waste
- Monitor traffic flow, scale backups and help relieve issues where needed
- Ensure load checking is done safely and accurately
- Provide daily reports to the management team
- Performs other duties as needed

Work Environment :
The typical work week is Monday through Friday with rotating weekends between supervisors. The employee will be exposed to outdoor weather conditions including sun exposure and rain. Conditions inside the MRF are loud, dusty, and odors are strong. Must have the ability to work in settings with frequent changes in environment, start / end time, and working conditions based on the operational needs for the day and or week.
Compensation and Benefits :
