Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the properties are well-maintained, managing tenant relationships, and maximizing occupancy rates. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) requirements.
- Utilize property management software such as Resman for tracking leases, payments, and maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and files related to property management activities.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants while utilizing upselling techniques to enhance revenue.
- Coordinate property maintenance activities through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services as needed.

- Proficient in customer relationship management to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and service providers.
- Knowledge of sales techniques to effectively market properties and increase occupancy rates.
