Membership Advisor

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Welcome and engage directly with customers, ensuring exceptional and friendly service at all times.
- Educate customers on our Unlimited Wash Club Membership options.
- Process sales transactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
- Safely guide customers into the wash tunnel and onto the conveyor.
- Maintain cleanliness of the entire property, including landscaping, parking lot, bathrooms, tunnel, and office areas.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate important information to store management.
- Assist with daily tasks and responsibilities as assigned by store management.
- Receive comprehensive training to operate and maintain tunnel equipment, handle payment systems, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Occasional store transfers may be required for training and other purposes within a 15-mile radius.
- Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent verbal communication skills and effective time management.
- Perform physical duties outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Qualifications:**

- Preferably have sales experience and demonstrate the ability to effectively sell memberships.
- Customer service-oriented with strong attention to detail and a drive to achieve business goals.
- Self-motivated individual with good communication skills; experience in sales and marketing is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks in challenging weather conditions.
- Previous car wash experience is highly beneficial.
- Possess a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor.
- Fluent in English.
- Embrace teamwork and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
