What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dental Receptionist position at Greenway Dental Group?

Duties include but are not limited to:
· Greet and welcome patients
· Scheduling appointments
· Assist with New Patient forms
· Insurance verification
-Treatment planner
· Answering phone following office protocol
· Patient referrals
· Communication and collection of patient balances
· Maintain a clean and inviting environment
· Assist with checking out patients
· Assist with continuation of care
Must have experience in front desk and Dentrix
BILINGUAL IS OK
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
