Greenway Ford- Collision Detailer

Greenway Collision is a high-volume, fast-paced repair facility dedicated to quality repairs and exceptional guest service. We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Collision Detailer & Shop Cleaner to assist in maintaining shop organization and delivering top-notch vehicle detailing after collision repairs.

Position Overview

The Collision Detailer & Shop Cleaner is responsible for supporting throughput and efficiency in the shop by keeping the work environment clean, organized, and safe. This role includes lifting, organizing, and discarding boxes and materials, as well as completing thorough interior and exterior vehicle detailing to ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires working outdoors in a fast-paced shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in shop organization by lifting, moving, and discarding boxes, materials, and debris.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
• Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing of vehicles after collision repairs.
• Work closely with the Collision Center team to support shop efficiency and throughput.
• Ensure guest vehicles are cleaned to high standards before delivery.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor shop environment and adapt to shifting priorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong work ethic with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in outdoor, fast-paced conditions.
• Capable of lifting, organizing, and discarding shop materials as needed.
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
• Prior detailing experience is a plus but not requiredtraining provided.
