We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Production Manager to help streamline our service operations and enhance workflow efficiency.

Position Overview

The Production Manager is responsible for managing shop workflow, ensuring timely completion of repairs, and optimizing technician productivity. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills to coordinate between service advisors, technicians, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shop production, ensuring efficient repair order completion.
• Assign work to technicians based on skill level and workload.
• Monitor repair progress and adjust workflow to meet deadlines.
• Communicate with service advisors and technicians to manage job expectations.
• Maintain a high level of organization in the shop to maximize efficiency.
• Address and resolve workflow bottlenecks or delays.
• Work closely with management to improve shop processes and performance.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and urgency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic to Intermediate Mechanical Knowledge / Understanding
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and quality.
• Automotive service experience preferred but not required. Training provided.
