Greenway Automotive a nationally recognized multi franchise dealership organization, is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Used Car Sales Manager at their KIA Franklin store in Franklin TN.

This individual will have proven track records in sales and customer service within the automobile industry and an extensive knowledge of the retail vehicle market. A strong management background with the ability to hire, train, grow and motivate the sales team is essential to being successful in this position. The qualified candidate will be a hands-on retailer as well as inventory manager and will be in charge of all aspects of our used vehicle operation.

More than three years of automotive sales management experience, preferred.

Used Car Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the used vehicle department including negotiating sales, working deals, customer interaction, vehicle acquisition and management and the reconditioning process
- Manage and oversee internet inquiries and follow up
- Strategize with sales managers to forecast goals and implement objectives for achieving sales and gross profits.
- Develop acceptable gross profit margins
- Work with lenders on structuring sales
- Be ethical and transparent in leading operations
- Create a positive and legally compliant working environment and sales culture.
Used Car Sales Manager Qualifications:
- Proficient in all facets of the used car business. This is not a WHOLESALE position.
- Hold a working knowledge of automotive systems like eLeads, V-auto, CDK, Dealer Track and other automotive technology systems.
- Provide excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Hiring is contingent upon successful completion of a clean background check, drug test and MVR.
