What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab and Confectionary Packaging Associate position at Greenway LLC?
We are one of Washington's largest i502 cannabis companies and we are GROWING our commercial production location in Deming (pun intended).
We're looking for a Packaging Associate to join the team to work in our recently expanded Lab and Edibles production facility. We are a fun but professional team, it always smells great at our worksite, and we are surrounded by gorgeous mountain views!
A day in the life of a Lab and Edibles team member will include working as a team to meet daily packaging schedules of our high-quality products. Associates work independently to complete production quotas, but cross-train and work together as a team on bigger projects and short-term demands.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience with or a love of working with food or edibles
- Possess a high attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a team for part of each day
- Stand and sit during the day for long periods of time
- Have the ability to lift 50 lbs. (occasionally)
- Pride themselves on reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be 21 in compliance with WALCB regulations
- Pass a pre-employment background check
Job Details:
- Full-time (Monday - Friday)
- 8 hour shifts (7:30am -4:00pm)
- From $17.28 per hour

Must be able to commute within 45 minutes of Deming, WA!
