Greenwich Private Equity is an innovative private equity firm providing proprietary private equity co-investment opportunities exclusively for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, and institutional investors.
Due to the firm’s principals having identified an additional $1.25 Billion in assets for acquisition, development, construction and production in 2025, we are accelerating our growth by aggressively expanding our accomplished executive team to expeditiously increase assets under management for the firm.
Among other responsibilities, you will originate and close a growing volume of private equity investment sales while generating client provided referrals to most time efficiently obtain additional pre-qualified high net worth clients to accelerate increasing the firm’s assets under management.
Initial focus will be completing a $54 Million preferred private equity capital raise, unleveraged pro forma 22.2% IRR over ten years, asset backed by prime residential real estate located among the world’s wealthiest homeowners and highest value homes in Greenwich, CT. Wholly owned subsidiary has identified for purchase and development, pricing agreed upon, several prime properties for new construction of several exquisite primary homes for a lucky few among the top of the 1%. The first has been acquired, others will follow. Nationally acclaimed award-winning architects, exquisite interior designs, smart, luxurious, energy efficient homes, security, privacy and more.
With conservative pro forma modeling outputs providing a base case average result north of 100% per annum on the average outstanding investment during the ten-year term, a 10x return on the average outstanding investment, combined with the investment being asset backed (high quality assets with value that has been historically, and is extremely likely to continue to be, stable, not at risk), some who are otherwise not typically real estate investors should gift themselves some time with you so you can educate them, help them understand why an investment in our current round should be very much of interest to them.
We do things differently, our current round using a proprietary structure with a rare valuable combination of (i) a risks eliminated or well mitigated conservative financial structure, protecting capital, and (ii) an intelligent financial model enabling a quick return of capital and enormous average annual returns on the average outstanding investment during the term, all while asset backed with no debt. Exclusive. Rare. A strong CFA calculated Risk/Return profile. A co-investment with the principals, not an OPM ‘hope for the best’ outcome.
Another important safety point: If at any time along the way, really bad things happen in the world, and things stand still for a year or two years, or even three or four years if you want to go draconian, or longer draconian x 2 assumptions, with our fundamental financial structure, no one loses their capital. The round will have no lenders, so never a foreclosure risk with equity getting wiped out. No chance of that with our intelligent structure, our strict, rigid control of funds.
ESSENTIAL:
- Pre-existing relationships with high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families, and/or institutions, with which you will build out an increasing pre-qualified client base through referrals
- Sell exclusive proprietary private equity investment products to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families and institutions
- Originate and complete sales calls and presentations to high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families and institutions remotely and in person, to your contacts and those referred to you by your contacts
- Understanding and articulating simple or sophisticated complex financial models and business plans
- Successfully execute the steps needed to achieve your monthly and annual goals
- Generate qualified referrals to close increasing investment sales volumes
- Complete sequential sales to increase assets under management from your growing client base, increase their interest and desire for additional private equity offerings in our pipeline including, but not limited to, new luxury residential real estate development for the top of the 1%, innovative luxury private aviation for the 1%, entertainment and technology
- Timely file paperwork and reports as needed
- Maintain absolute compliance through all communications and activities
- Self-starter and self-manager with the ability to work remotely and succeed with minimal supervision
- Effective individual and group presentation skills
- Stay up to date with financial markets and their trends
- If Series 7 and 63 licensed, or 82 and 63, with a clean FINRA history, you may be able to work with us through your current Broker Dealer or join us by affiliating your FINRA licensing with one of our Broker Dealers
