Job Description:
A dynamic and experienced Transportation Specialist for Agent Partners. This position will be part of our centralized team, focusing on enhancing the agent partner experience within the transportation vertical to start. This role will be responsible for providing streamlined solutions, ensuring high-quality customer service, and integrating necessary technology to optimize operations. A strategic thinker with a passion for enhancing partner experiences through innovative solutions and dedicated leadership in the transportation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Point of Contact:- Serve as the main liaison for agent partners, ensuring efficient access to transportation solutions.
- Streamline processes and facilitate communication to enhance partner satisfaction.
- Initiate the pilot launch within the Transportation Vertical to support the 2 retail platforms.
- Assess team performance and scalability for potential expansion based on volume.
- Support/Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to provide exceptional service to agents.
- Promote a collaborative environment that fosters professional growth and development.
- Design innovative solutions tailored to agent needs, targeting a near 100% solution rate.
- Oversee the delivery of solutions across three categories: Program & Specialty, Contract Binding, and Wholesale.
- Implement continuous training programs on transportation trends, regulations, and product knowledge.
- Create a feedback loop for agents to share insights, driving improvements in processes and solutions.
- Collaborate with IT to integrate EPIC, Federato and KAPI systems for streamlined submission, underwriting, and quoting processes.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor inquiries, track solution effectiveness, and enhance agent satisfaction.
- Formulate a clear strategy for expanding the centralized team to other lines of business post-pilot evaluation.
- Establish performance metrics to evaluate team efficiency, satisfaction, and solution effectiveness.
