About the Role:
You will be delivering high-quality care to residents under RN supervision, adhering to facility standards. Your key responsibilities will include administering medication, managing IVs, wound care, and assessing residents' health to ensure comfort and safety.
You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, assisting RNs with resident rounds, coordinating care, and updating families as needed. You will also maintain documentation in compliance with state and facility guidelines.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a valid Licensed Practical Nurse certification in Pennsylvania. You should possess a compassionate bedside manner, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
