Job Overview
We are a family-centric company that distributes premium vinyl and composite throughout the U.S. ,with brick-and-mortar footprint in multiple metropolitan Chicago locations.
This assignment requires high energy and professionalism, with the ability to drive business through a strong customer base while relentlessly pursuing new business via phone and email engagement. This role reports to the Executive Vice President of Sales, as it contributes directly to the company’s revenue and operating profit.
Responsibilities:
· Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, annual revenue targets
· Meet or exceed weekly activity KPIs
· Work directly with sales leadership and colleagues to optimize performance
· Responsible, and highly rewarded, for revenue quota achievement
· Attend local and national industry trade show events as necessary
· Meet with companies & present our products at our office or travel to the prospective company to present to their sales team.
Candidate Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years sales experience or equivalent, ideally in construction or industrial vertical. *Preferred experience reading blueprints & plat of survey
· Strong oral & written communication skills
· Proven ability to expand existing customer base through cold calling and email communications.
· Ability to thrive in a metrics driven environment that rewards achievement
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office & other computer programs *Preferred experience using a CRM

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
