The Procurement Administrator will perform general procurement administrative tasks remotely, relating to Ariba (the supplier network), sourcing, and procurement activities. The Procurement Administrator must work well in a team environment while being driven to perform remotely and under remote management, with tasks which may vary from day to day as procurement needs change.

Position Responsibilities - Essential
- Monitor requests to “Create a Contract Workspace” within the Ariba Contracts Module
- Create the Contract Workspace within SAP Ariba Contracts meeting all requirements listed on the request and enable electronic signatures within SAP Ariba (When Applicable)
- Import legacy contracts into SAP Ariba contract workspaces
- Export Data from SAP Ariba contract workspaces
- Approval workflow oversight and delegation reviews
- Compile procurement reporting and analysis
- Ariba system administration
- Procurement task management and follow ups
- Draft and review procurement documentation, including executive summaries for contracts and savings documentation
- Manage approval workflows and contact end users when necessary to ensure timely approvals.
- Respond to Emails, Teams Messages and Phone Calls in a timely manner
- Attend Daily Procurement Team Calls, take meeting minutes and provide recap email when requested
- Ensure all safety procedures, practices, and regulations are followed before, during, and after the process to foster Ta positive safety culture by having a safety-first mindset and approach during execution of activities
- SAP, Oracle, or other ERP related procurement tasks upon request
- Some in office meetings are required
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- Associate degree in related area, or equivalent experience in related area
- 2 or more years of experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and contract management
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems, especially related to procurement, data analysis, or contract management
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to maintain reliable internet service
- Ability to maintain a dedicated workspace without distractions or disruptions
- Experience demonstrating successful support of a positive safety culture
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation(s)
- 2 years of experience with SAP Ariba preferred
