Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Personal Sales Excellence:Execute targeted sales strategies with assigned prospective residents to achieve personal sales goals in order to lead overall occupancy growth with our existing expansion plans.
- Drive Active Selling:Motivate and inspire the team to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on hands-on selling and direct engagement with prospective residents.
- Achievement Through Proven Strategies:Accomplish individual, team, and community success by executing our established, best-in-class playbook and strategic sales plan.
- Collaborative Leadership:Lead by example in managing our high-performing sales and marketing team through building strong personal relationships while actively participating as a key member of the team and as a leader of the entire community.
- Collaborative Marketing Initiatives:Work closely with the Marketing Manager and advertising agency to develop collateral and digital placements that support the sales and marketing efforts for our expansion project.

- Prefer Bachelor Degree
- Senior Living sales experience
- Expansion sales experience
- Proficiency with SalesForce CRM preferred.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
