Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Hardscape and Landscape Installation Crew Member to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment. In this role, you will assist in the installation of hardscape features (like patios, walkways, and retaining walls) and perform a variety of landscaping tasks, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of hardscape features, such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures using stone, brick, and concrete.
- Participate in landscape installation activities, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees; laying sod; and mulching.
- Operate landscaping and masonry tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and clients regarding project progress and needs.
- Assist in the maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscape or hardscape installation preferred, but we will train motivated candidates.
- Knowledge of landscaping principles, techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with operating hand and power tools (e.g., shovels, drills, saws, compactors).
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites.
