We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely and courteous manner.
2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, billing questions, and account management.
3. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
4. Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries.
5. Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.
6. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
7. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
2. Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred but not required.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Proficiency in basic computer applications and software.
