Key Responsibilities:
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, both in-person and over the phone
- Fill and package to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and quality
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
- Interact with customers to create a positive dining experience
- Prepare and serve milkshakes according to house recipes
- Clean and bus tables, maintaining a tidy dining area
- Perform general upkeep of the front-of-house, ensuring cleanliness and organization
- Assist with restocking front-of-house supplies as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
