Farmers Insurance is Growing and Now Hiring a Fully Licensed customer service team member to at an agency. . We are looking experienced candidates with a current P&C and Life, Accident and Health License. for immediate hire. As a Customer Sales and Service Representative for the agency, you will help by building and developing customer relationships within our community, and promoting Farmers Insurance products. These include but are not limited to commercial, life, auto and home insurance. Candidate must have experience in the insurance industry and have a current California State Insurance license.
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Process customer policy change requests.- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Answer phones daily.
- Provide on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
- Issue certificates of insurance and accepts payments.
Requirements
Prior office administrative or customer service background.- A Property & Casualty Insurance license required and\or Life, Accident and Health License.
- Capability to work well with other employees and to be a team player with a positive attitude.
- Confidence necessary to handle all types of clients and to quote and sell insurance to prospects or existing clients who call in.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
