Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our clients, handle policy inquiries, and help grow the agency through proactive sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from clients.
• Process policy changes and update customer records.
• Assist with Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Educate clients about our products and services.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and offer additional coverage options.
• Support the agency’s sales efforts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must hold or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty License or Life & Health License (we provide study materials for unlicensed candidates).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Quick learner, proactive, and a team player.
• Must pass a background and credit check.
