- Educate individuals on Medicare plans, including Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans.
- Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend suitable Medicare and health insurance products.
- Explain policy features, benefits, costs, and exclusions clearly and accurately.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing service and support.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal insurance regulations.
- Active state insurance license for life and health insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance options.
- Experience in Medicare sales or life/health insurance preferred.
