The Role:
We’re now seeking a talented Finance Manager to join our team. This role is more than just F&I — it’s about leadership, execution, and influencing team performance at a high level.

Job Responsibilities:
- Offer vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Seek new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Process financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through financial sources to secure approval and through the proper federal, state and corporate channels.
- Understand and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new and used-vehicle and finance departments.
- Create and maintaining a program with the sales department that will ensure all new sales are referred to the F&I department.
- Train and provide the sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proven trailblazer with experience in Finance. Experience in desk management is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with confidence, making decisions that drive growth and ensure team development.
- A strong grasp of sales and finance metrics, and market trends,
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for nurturing long-term customer relationships and fostering a team-oriented environment.
