Responsibilities
- Conduct credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for financing options.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions with customers to ensure satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
- Process loan applications and manage contracts efficiently using financial software.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote financial services and enhance dealership performance.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience in automotive finance
- Strong negotiation skills and customer service orientation
