Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture high-level relationships within the beverage category, primarily with national and regional distribution partners.
- Drive regionalized sales strategy for Gregory Packaging, ensuring strong market presence and overall brand/product portfolio growth.
- Lead and manage key account negotiations within the region, ensuring optimal market positioning for Gregory Packaging’s products.
- Implement long-term sales strategies to support volume and revenue growth within the region.
- Lead and manage distributor sales teams across broadline foodservice channels to ensure strong regional positioning.
- Oversee foodservice sales brokerage teams to implement effective sales strategies within the market.
- Conduct regular analysis and reporting of sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the foodservice or beverage industry.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Experience managing distributor and brokerage teams.
- Excellent analytical skills for sales data and market trend analysis.
