Job Summary:
Grenova is seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to make a meaningful impact by optimizing our shipping, receiving, and logistics operations. The Logistics Coordinator will oversee the movement of goods to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery to our customers while managing internal inventory and shipping processes. The coordinator will also serve as the primary liaison for facilities and ensuring operational excellence. This position is in-person at our Richmond Headquarters.

Requirements:
- Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments, including small packages and freight, ensuring accurate paperwork, tracking, and timely delivery.
- Manage inventory by tracking, restocking, and maintaining accurate records of materials.
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, reporting discrepancies or damages to the appropriate team.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, service, production) to communicate shipment and inventory updates.
- Utilize ERP system to update tracking information and maintain KPIs, including on-time delivery metrics and shipping quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and support operational excellence initiatives.
- Assist with light machine operations, including shrink-wrapping and packaging shipments as needed.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Order standard office supplies for the facility.
- Support facilities management including utility, repairs, maintenance, etc.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics roles
- Strong basic math and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Prioritizes multiple tasks and manages each within time constraints and deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management
- Experience shipping globally, dangerous goods, and capital equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and inventory management systems. Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Pay: $24-28/hour
Job Type: Full-Time; Hourly
Expected Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
