Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
· Upholding the CARE Customer Service standards
· Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
· Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
· Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels
· Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, promotional events, and the Crown Rewards program with the customer.
· Upsell products to increase sales
· Assist in setting up promotional displays
Performs in a consistent manner to meet or exceed company Key Performing Indicators (KPIs) including but not limited to:
· Sales & Individual Average Transaction (IAT) goals
· Medallia goals (customer service)
· Crown Reward promotion and enrollment goals
· Uphold all loss prevention policies and procedures.
· Promotes and maintains a safe shopping/working environment by completing general housekeeping responsibilities.
· Contributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating values and behaviors consistent with our culture.
· Ability to continuously stand/walk; frequently push/pull; occasionally bend/stoop/crawl/reach above shoulders/kneel; climb a ladder, and carry up to 40 pounds, i.e., fixture parts and cartons of product.
Experience:
· Previous retail experience preferred
· Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling
· Strong communication skills
· Basic math skills for handling transactions
