Corporate Project Engineering Manager
Manages all capital project engineering initiatives across all 4 manufacturing plants. Is the technical leader assisting to drive plant operational goals ensuring the company has the needed manufacturing capacity across the network of plants. Projects will include all facets of operations including infrastructure, processing, packaging and facilities/utilities.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- Education – BS in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading capital projects in a food manufacturing plant or network of plants
- Experience managing projects greater than $10 Million
- Financial acumen
- Dairy plant experience is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Location: Green Bay, WI Metropolitan Area
Salary : $130,000 - $160,000
