The Plant Director has 7 direct reports in Production, Packaging, Plant Logistics, Quality Assurance, Plant Engineering, Plant Controller, and Plant Human Resources. Responsible for the planning, directing, operating and controlling of the manufacturing facility in the production and distribution of products at the optimum low cost and within established quality standards.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- BS degree
- Plant Leadership experience in a food or beverage plant
- Ability to set a plant vision, a road map to get there and hold people accountable
- Strong experience implementing CI programs such as TPM, Lean or similar programs
- Track record of improving plant performance through utilization KPI's
- Servant leadership style removing barriers for departmental managers
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
